Divorce/Parenting Mediation $200 per hour at our location
$250 plus travel at yours
The process of divorce mediation typically takes between two and six hours, depending on the issues and the individual personalities involved. Many divorces can be mediated in a single session. And, sometimes the process occurs over time, in two or more face-to-face sessions, which may be combined with some individual telephone or email consultation.
All payments will be due at the end of each session. Please bring a check, cash, or a credit card with you to mediation.
If you already have the details of your settlement worked out and only need assistance in preparing the documents to finalize your agreement, we can assist you at a cost far less than traditional divorce attorneys. Document Preparation of the written Marital Settlement Agreement
